Zyminex – IPTV Subscription With a Proper Guide and Catch-Up TV

Reselling Zyminex IPTV: Credits, the Panel and Your Customers

Credits are bought in packs and spent a month at a time on the accounts you open for your own customers. Each account is a full subscription to all 25,000+ channels, with the same guide and catch-up as a retail plan, sold under your name at a price you set.

A reseller account is two things: a panel, and a balance of credits. From the panel you set up accounts for the people you sell to, under your brand, and every month of service on every account draws the balance down. Servers, channels and the guide data stay on our side. The customers, and the conversations with them, are yours.

How the Credits Work

  • One credit is one month on one screen. A one-month, single-stream account uses one credit. Three months uses three, and a full year uses twelve.
  • Screens count as well as months. An account that plays on two screens at once uses two credits for each month it runs.
  • Unspent credits keep. They stay in the panel until you use them; no clock runs on them.
  • Trials cost nothing. The panel issues 24-hour trial accounts without touching your balance, within a fair-use limit.
  • Bigger packs cost less per credit. The rate falls from $8 a credit on the Starter pack to $5 on the Enterprise pack.

The Four Credit Packs

Zyminex reseller credit packs, the price of each, the rate per credit, and what a one-year, one-screen account costs at that rate
PackCreditsPack pricePer creditOne screen for a year at this rate
Starter10$80$8.00$96 (12 credits)
Business25$175$7.00$84 (12 credits)
Pro50$300$6.00$72 (12 credits)
Enterprise100$500$5.00$60 (12 credits)

Read the last column before choosing a pack. Credits cost the same per month whatever the length of the account, while retail plans get cheaper per month as the term gets longer, so on long accounts the arithmetic can run against a small pack: twelve Starter credits come to $96, more than the $69 a customer pays for the retail twelve-month plan directly. Work out what the terms you intend to offer will cost you in credits, and compare them with the retail prices, before you buy.

What the Panel Gives You

  • Account controls. Create, renew, extend and disable customer accounts, and issue trials, from one screen.
  • Standard logins. Every account is an Xtream Codes login with an M3U link and the guide data attached, so customers can use TiViMate, IPTV Smarters Pro or whichever other player they prefer.
  • Your name on it. Your customers see your brand and reach your WhatsApp number, never ours.
  • Walkthroughs you can forward. Any setup guide here can be forwarded to a customer unchanged.
  • A line of your own. Reseller support runs on a separate WhatsApp line, so a panel question does not wait behind setup questions.

What Your Customers Will Ask You

Expect questions about the guide as often as questions about channels. These four come up again and again, and each has a page here you can send:

  • “The guide is blank.” Usually listings that have not loaded or refreshed yet, or a device set up with an M3U link and no guide address. The Xtream Codes walkthrough covers the login that avoids it.
  • “Everything is an hour out.” Nearly always the device’s time zone, which should be checked before the player’s own guide offset. The sport page sets out the order.
  • “Where is catch-up?” Only on channels marked with the archive icon, and most reliably through the Xtream login rather than a bare M3U link.
  • “Which app should I use?” The setup hub answers that screen by screen, and the channel groups page explains favorites and hidden groups.

Starting

  1. Send us a WhatsApp message with the word reseller in it, naming the pack you would like to start with.
  2. Once the pack is paid for, your panel login is sent back in that chat, usually the same day.
  3. Before selling to anyone, run a trial on your own television and use it the way a customer would: the guide, the time zone, catch-up on a channel with the archive icon. You will answer questions better for it.
  4. Then create trials and accounts for your customers, and top up credits before the balance runs out.

Reseller Credits and the Panel: Questions

How do I become a Zyminex reseller?

Send the word reseller on WhatsApp and say which pack you want. Once it is paid, the panel login arrives in the same chat on the same day. After that the panel lets you create trials and paid accounts for the people you sell to, branded as yours and priced as you decide.

How are credits counted?

By the month and by the screen. One credit covers one month on one screen, so a single-stream account uses one credit a month and twelve for a year, while a two-screen account uses two a month. Credits do not expire while they sit in the panel, and the larger packs cost less per credit.

Do my customers see the Zyminex name?

The panel is white label: the name and the WhatsApp number your customers see are yours. The walkthroughs on this site do mention Zyminex, so if you would rather customers never see it, put the steps in your own words; the menus and settings are identical. The logins themselves are standard Xtream Codes accounts.

Can I give customers a free trial?

Yes. Trials of 24 hours come free of credits, up to a fair-use limit. Encourage people to use the trial the way they will use the service: load the guide, check the times match their clock, and find the channels they actually watch before any money changes hands.

Do I need servers or technical skills?

Neither. Servers, channel sourcing, the guide data and updates stay with us. What you need is a WhatsApp number for your customers, the panel login, and enough familiarity with one or two players to talk someone through a login, which the walkthroughs here already cover.

Who supports my customers?

You do, and we support you. Your customers bring their setup questions to you; you bring anything about the panel, activations or the service itself to the reseller line. Keeping the two apart means a panel problem never has to queue behind someone’s Firestick question.
