The trial is an ordinary Zyminex account with a clock attached: all 25,000+ channels, the full program guide, catch-up on the channels that keep an archive, 120,000+ films and series, and 4K wherever a channel is produced in it. Nothing is asked for in the way of payment, nothing needs cancelling, and after 24 hours it stops by itself. A person issues it in the WhatsApp chat, usually within minutes, and the clock starts when the account is created.
Before you ask for it
- Pick the screen you will actually watch on. A phone test tells you little about the living-room TV: different player, different remote, different Wi-Fi.
- Install the player first, so none of the day goes on setup. TiViMate or IPTV Smarters Pro on a Fire TV Stick or Android TV, IPTV Smarters Pro on Apple TV and iPhone, Smart IPTV on Samsung and LG televisions.
- Write down five channels you watch every week, and one program airing this afternoon on a channel you like.
- Ask in the morning or at lunchtime, so this afternoon's programs and this evening's listings both fall inside the 24 hours.
The five checks
Find your own channels in the guide
Search for the five channels on your list by name instead of scrolling; three or four letters usually bring each one up. Every one should have a row in the guide with programs in it. A row reading “No information” on a new login often means the listings are still downloading, so give it ten minutes, run the guide refresh and look again before you judge.
Check tonight's listings against the clock
Pick the 8 pm slot on a channel whose schedule you know and compare it with the broadcaster's own listing. If everything is exactly an hour out, the device's time zone is wrong, or its clock missed a daylight-saving change. Fix that in the TV or stick settings first, and only then reach for the player's guide time offset, if it has one.
Play something from catch-up
Find a channel with the archive or clock icon, go back to the program you noted from this afternoon, and play it from the start. Skip ahead ten minutes to see how it seeks. If no channel shows the icon, check how you signed in: catch-up works most reliably through the Xtream Codes login, less so through a bare M3U link.
Cut the list down to yours
Add your five channels and a few more to favorites, and hide one whole group you will never open. Then time the trip from switching on the TV to tonight's program playing. With 25,000+ channels in the account, that trip decides whether you use the service or scroll past it; a shortlist of thirty or forty is a sensible target for later.
Do all of it on the screen you will live with
Run the checks on the TV and remote you will use every day, over the connection it normally uses. If the picture stutters there but not on a phone in the same room, the fix is usually the connection rather than the service: an Ethernet cable, or a Wi-Fi point closer to the TV. Before the day ends, open the on-demand section once and search for something you like, so you have tried the library of 120,000+ films and series as well.
If one of the checks fails
Send us what you see rather than a description of it: the device, the player, a photo of the guide screen, the channel name and the time the program showed. That is usually enough to tell a guide that is still loading from a time-zone setting, a sign-in method without catch-up, or a channel that carries no listings at all. If the fault turns out to be ours and eats into your 24 hours, the trial is extended. The contact page lists what helps for each kind of problem, and the FAQ opens with the guide questions.
The terms of the trial, in full
- No payment details of any kind, before or after.
- One trial per household.
- It ends by itself after 24 hours and never turns into a paid plan on its own.
- If you buy, the same login carries on, so your favorites and hidden groups stay where you put them.
- Paid plans start at $15 for a month. The pricing page sets out every term, and each one carries a 7-day refund window in case your device will not play it at all.
Questions about the free IPTV trial
What can I use during the trial?
The whole service. For 24 hours the account opens every one of the 25,000+ channels with its listings, catch-up on the channels that keep an archive, the 120,000+ films and series and the 4K feeds. It is a normal account with an end time, not a demo with parts switched off, so the guide you test is the guide you would be paying for.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. The trial never asks for payment details of any kind, so there is nothing to cancel when it ends. You ask for it on WhatsApp or with the form on the free trial page, the login comes back in the chat, and the account switches itself off once its 24 hours have passed. It only becomes a paid plan if you ask for one.
How quickly does the trial login arrive?
Usually within a few minutes of your message. A member of the team creates each trial account by hand and sends the details in the WhatsApp chat, so you can ask there which player suits your screen. The 24 hours count from the moment the account is created, so ask for it on a day with a free evening ahead of you.
What should I check during the trial?
Five things, in order: that your own channels are in the guide with listings; that tonight's programs appear at the right local time; that one program plays back from catch-up; that search and favorites get you to a channel in seconds; and that all of it works on the screen and remote you will actually use. Anything that fails is worth a message before the time runs out.
Do I lose my setup if I buy after the trial?
No. Choose a plan in the same WhatsApp chat and the trial login carries on as a paid account, so the favorites, hidden groups and guide settings you made in the player stay where they are. Nothing needs to be entered again. If you would rather start fresh on another device, say so and new details are sent instead.
Can I take the trial twice?
Normally not; it is one trial per household. The first one is there to prove that the guide, catch-up and picture work on your equipment, and a second rarely shows anything the first did not. If a problem on our side spoiled it, such as a guide that would not load, tell us in the chat and the trial is usually extended.
Do I have to pay for a player app?
Usually not. IPTV Smarters Pro is free, and the free version of TiViMate already draws a full guide grid; its Premium upgrade, bought in the TiViMate Companion phone app with a 7-day trial of its own, adds recording, multi-view and multiple playlists. Smart IPTV on Samsung and LG televisions asks a small one-off fee per TV. The TiViMate guide covers the details.
Can I watch IPTV for free without a trial?
Not in any way worth an evening. Permanently free playlists are copied streams with no guide behind them, shared by so many people that they tend to disappear within days, and the pages handing them out are a common source of malware. The 24-hour trial exists so you can see a working guide on your own screen before deciding whether $15 a month is worth it to you.
