Who is responsible
Zyminex, which runs zyminex.club and the IPTV service behind it, decides how the information described here is used. Requests and questions about it go to WhatsApp at +212 663 813 479.
Trial requests
Contains: the email address you type, the device you pick from the list, your WhatsApp number if you choose to add it, the IP address the request came from and the address of the page you sent it from.
Used for: issuing your trial login and pointing you to the setup guide for your device. The IP address helps us recognize automated junk. After you press the button, WhatsApp opens with the request written out, ready for you to send.
Read by: the Zyminex team. The request is saved as a private record in the site's admin area, and a notification email with the same details is sent to the owner's mailbox through an outgoing mail (SMTP) provider.
Ends: a scheduled job deletes the stored record automatically 90 days after it arrives. The notification email is outside that job; it is deleted from the mailbox when you ask.
Contact messages
Contains: your name, the topic you chose, your message, an email address if you added one, and the same IP address and page details as a trial request.
Used for: answering you. When you press send, your browser opens WhatsApp with the message already written; nothing reaches WhatsApp until you send it there yourself.
Read by: the Zyminex team, in the same two places: the private record on the site and the notification email.
Ends: on the same timetable. The site record goes after 90 days, and the email when you ask.
The submission counter
Contains: a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address and a number.
Used for: turning away more than five form submissions an hour from one address, which keeps automated spam out of the forms.
Read by: no one. The site checks it automatically.
Ends: one hour after your last submission.
The WhatsApp conversation
Contains: your WhatsApp name and number and everything exchanged in the chat: questions, screenshots, the plan you picked, confirmation that a payment went through, and the login details we send you.
Used for: running your account. Trials, orders, logins, setup help and renewal reminders all happen in this chat, so it is the working record of what was agreed and what has been tried.
Read by: the Zyminex team. WhatsApp itself is run by a separate company under its own terms and privacy policy.
Ends: our copy stays until you ask us to delete it. You can delete your own side of the chat whenever you like.
Your account on the streaming server
Contains: your username and password, plan length, stream tier and expiry date, and for a MAG box, its MAC address. While a player is signed in, the server also sees the IP address it connects from and the channel or title it asks for.
Used for: delivering the picture, counting the streams running on your login against your tier, and tracing faults when something stops playing.
Read by: the Zyminex team.
Ends: account details are kept while your plan runs and for a further 12 months once it has ended, so that renewing picks up the same login; after that they are deleted.
The web server log
Contains: a line for each page request: the IP address, the time, the address requested and the browser's own description of itself.
Used for: tracing errors and blocking abuse.
Read by: the Zyminex team, when something needs investigating.
Ends: overwritten as the server rotates its logs.
What this site does not collect
Browsing these pages sets no cookies, and there are no analytics, advertising or social-media tracking scripts on them. Everything on the pages is served from our own server; the only outside address involved is WhatsApp, when you tap a WhatsApp link. If analytics are ever added, this notice will be updated before they go live.
No card number is typed into this site or stored on it. Payment is arranged in the WhatsApp chat and handled by the payment service you choose, and what reaches us is the confirmation that it went through.
Who else handles your information
A few outside services are involved by necessity: the company hosting our servers; the outgoing mail provider and mailbox provider that carry the notification emails; WhatsApp, for the chat; and the payment service you pay with. The player app you install keeps your login on your device under its developer's own policy, and if you use Smart IPTV, the playlist link you upload at siptv.app/mylist contains your username and password and is held by that app's developer.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and none of it is used to target advertising. It is disclosed to authorities only where the law requires it.
Your rights, and how to use them
Three requests are open to you at any time: a copy of the records above, a correction, or deletion. Ask on WhatsApp at +212 663 813 479, ideally from the number linked to your account, so that we can tell it is you. We reply within 30 days. Deleting an account that still has time left on it ends that plan.
Depending on where you live, you may have further rights, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Security
Pages and forms are served over HTTPS. Form records sit behind the site's administrator login, and notification emails go to a single mailbox. Your login reaches you in the WhatsApp chat; keep it to yourself, and if you think someone else is using it, tell us and the password will be changed.
Children
Neither this site nor the service is aimed at children. If a child has sent details through one of the forms, tell us and the record will be deleted.
Changes to this notice
When this notice changes, the Last updated date at the top changes with it.
