Guide listings come from third parties
The program guide reaches your player as XMLTV listings compiled from third-party schedules and served with your login. We pass those listings on; we do not write them. Some rows show No information when no listing has been matched to that channel, a listing can arrive late, and times can be wrong when a broadcaster reshuffles its evening or an event overruns.
When every row is exactly an hour out, the cause is usually the time zone on the device or the player's guide time offset, and the setup guides show where to correct it. Most players can also refresh the guide on demand.
Catch-up is set channel by channel
Catch-up is available only where a channel keeps an archive, and the channel decides how far back that archive reaches. A program can be missing from the archive even when the guide listed it, for instance when the listing was wrong or the channel was off air while it ran. It is more dependable through the Xtream Codes login than through a plain M3U link.
Counts and line-ups move
The figures on this site (25,000+ channels from 60+ countries, 120,000+ films and series, 99.9% uptime) describe the service when each page was written. Channels are added, renamed and withdrawn, events change broadcaster, and on-demand titles arrive and leave. A channel or event named on this site is a description, not a promise that it will be in your line-up on a particular night.
Apps and devices are made by others
IPTV Smarters Pro, TiViMate, Smart IPTV, MyTVOnline and the other players named in our guides belong to their developers, and the Fire TV, Samsung, LG, Apple TV, Roku, MAG and Formuler devices belong to their manufacturers. Zyminex is not affiliated with any of them. Their prices, features and menus change with updates, so a menu path in one of our guides describes the screen as it looked when the guide was written.
Anything you pay for in those apps is between you and their developers; TiViMate Premium, for example, is bought through the TiViMate Companion app, not from us. Favorites, hidden groups and guide settings are usually stored by the player app, so a new app or device can mean setting them up again.
Your connection
How smoothly a stream plays depends on your internet speed and its stability, your Wi-Fi or cabling, your router and your internet provider, which may slow or block streaming traffic. Speed advice on this site is a rule of thumb, not a guarantee, and none of those parts is ours to control.
No link to broadcasters or leagues
Zyminex is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any broadcaster, network, league, club or event organizer. Channel names, league names, logos and other trademarks mentioned here belong to their owners and are used only to identify what a listing refers to.
